You can easily qualify for the ERC program if your business has fully or partially suspended operations or has experienced a significant decline in revenue, such as:
- reduced revenue and a decline in gross receipts
- partial or full suspension of activity
- changes in business hours
- reduction of products and services offered
- reduction in employee workloads
- a major disruption in business activity, like division or department closures
- issues regarding deliveries of critical materials and goods
- additional space requirements for employees and/or customers due to social distancing rules (for instance, in restaurants or bars)
- difficulties caused by transitioning to work-from-home
- lack of travel and other business-related events
- lack of group meetings
